Hello! We are excited that you want to be a part of SCRuBs' first event: a holiday pop-up for Small Business Saturday 2023! This event is focusing on small artisinal craftspeople and shops- folks that make and sell unique gift ideas. Bonus if you have grab-and-go gift sets, as those sell well at events like these.

Please fill out the form, answer all questions and we will get back to you. Space is limited, so we may not get to include everyone. There will be holiday decorations, music, food, as well as tables to sell. We would love for you to decorate your table with a winter holiday theme.

Fee: This is truly a community event, all benefit. Once accepted as a vendor, we ask that you supply:

• a gift item worth at least $25 to the Progressive Women's Association (so they may raffle it off)

• a bag of dry food or a case of canned food for a dog or cat for their Pet Food Pantry
   

Application

Schedule: Saturday, November 25th: load in and set up at 5 PM.
Public and press arrives at 6 PM (food trucks are outside).
Doors open at 6:30. We plan on ending at 8:30, but may stay open later if the crowd is still there.

Venue: Uptown Event Center/Progressive Women's Association (305 Washington Ave, Clarksburg).

Logistics: We want to keep the parking lot available to shoppers and food trucks, so we ask that after load in, you move your car to street parking. This will benefit us all.
The application asks for a logo and photos, which will help us promote you and your business.
Once accepted, you will get a package to help you promote the event on social media, print flyers to distribute. You will be included on press releases and listings.

Curating: All vendors should be independent (no big box or national chain), local (West Virginia, particularly Harrison, Taylor, Marion, Monongalia counties), and make or sell unique handcrafted items that are ideal for gift giving.

Haven Herbs: West Virginia's largest herbal apothecary. Bringing spa quality body care, remedies, tonics, and botanical delights.

Heelbilly Hound Treats: handcrafted, all natural treats, toys, and leashes for your pup!

 

Jenny Volturno, LMT/Toniques Trilogy: Let Jenny's hands soothe away holiday stress! She will be doing chair massage and selling gift certificates for spa services and massage! Perfect gift for the stress case in your life!

MarieX3: An artisan crocheter, this artisan specializes in amigurumi stuffed animals. They are as adorable as they are soft and cuddly!

Mr. Crabs Food Truck: Do you pine for the sea? Crave seafood? Mr. Crabs has you covered with its delicious boil baskets of shrimp, mussels, and yes... crab!

Mountain Mama Magick: All your various and sundry needs for materia magica! Gifts sets, spiritual items, and much more!

Sun Spirit Styling: Sun Spirit Styling was created to style, inspire, & recycle thrifted clothing in unique ways. Pop-ups include a mix of vintage and upcycled clothes!

re:Source Scratch Kitchen: this pop up with be offering homemade snacks and beverages: pepperoni rolls, pastries and cookies, cocoa and coffee, homemade marshmallows and more!
